Job Title: Safety & Policy Red Team Specialist

Job Summary

Contribute to structured red-team programs that uncover unsafe model behavior, edge cases, policy gaps and adversarial failure patterns.

In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to help AI teams test capabilities, identify failure modes and build more reliable evaluation workflows. The work is structured, remote and reviewed against clear quality standards.

What You Will Do

  • Design adversarial prompts and evaluation scenarios within defined safety boundaries.
  • Review model behavior against policy, severity, exploitability and user-impact criteria.
  • Document failure patterns and recommend clearer rubrics or guardrail improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in policy, trust and safety, security, legal analysis, risk, research or adjacent review work.
  • Ability to work carefully with sensitive topics and follow strict project guidelines.
  • Excellent written judgment and structured reasoning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior AI safety, content policy, abuse prevention, security testing or research experience.
  • Familiarity with LLM limitations, jailbreak patterns or model evaluation workflows.
